First few days of Fitness

What takes you to begin is what it shapes you into. Having short term goals like looking good in a night out or shedding weight for your wedding won't take you long. It dies quickly. Only the humiliation involved in being teased for your heavy weight can set you for this fight with your own body, for your own body. An inspiration who was as huge as you shaping down could be another reason for your attempt.
In my case I would contribute to my self interest and will power as main reasons for weight loss. I started with a mild boxing class on a Sunday. Note, I have been aerobics classes for several months earlier. But, nothing worked until I took my diet seriously. This time, after my boxing session, I rushed to a subway nearby to get a sub made with wheat fibre and no cheese - A Veggie Delite. But my brother's words echoed. " Subways are not good for fitness"
On my way home, I remember picking up some veggies to build my week into a productive fit week. The veggies I chose were lettuce, peppers and cucumber.
In the next couple of days, I made several changes. I switched to skimmed milk, brown sugar, olive oil and brown bread. Life never felt this nice ever before. I felt flushed with confidence. I was motivated, but only went to two hours of boxing on Sunday's. My instructors felt  it was not sufficient. I took the decision to quit my part time job and join the gym permanently.
I substituted my chips with salads, my rice with wheat breads and cheese with hummus. I invoked envy of many with my will power of staying strong in my plans. The smell of fresh cupcakes being made and the luscious cheesy crust of pizza being eaten around me did not bother me anymore. I felt the superior feel when my brain disobeyed my tongue and my tongue stopped making orders to my nervous system. I incorporated soups and fresh berry smoothies into my meal. I started drinking soy lattes instead my 600 calorie drinks. I completely moved away from aerated drinks. I became calorie conscious and did not invest in calories of a food that did not satisfy my diet and my taste buds.

In my next blog, I will tell you how I used my time away from gym to shed weight at home. Don't miss my food blog pic and make a diet meal. Bye for now!!!
